OGC Map services

OGC Map services at Norwegian Public Roads Administration wants to simplify usage of data in maps from different specialist environments. We offer 2 OGC standards: - WMS – Web Map Services: The response to the OGC standard request, is one or more geo-registered map images (returned as JPEG, PNG, etc.) that can be displayed in a browser application. You can also ask for more details of map-objects by using getFeatureInfo. - WFS – Web Feature Services: An OGC-standard for retrieving geographic information at the feature and feature property level over the Internet. Best for those who like to do their own visualization.
